Tight enough but don't snap them, you don't really need to loosen the top bolt but you can do
You want something to push the calipers back too, large water pump pliers are good or a hammer handle
All you'll need is a bit of tube (halfords), and maybe a joint or 2 and a disperser off the wiper arm.
Get down the scrappy see if you can find any MK3 espaces and rob the wiper blade of them, and re-route the tubing, and plug it straight in
I've never seen another DCI Dynamique+ with Climate control and Xenons and auto wipers/lights.
I've never seen Xenons on a non-RS either

Air guns the far far easiest way. Buzzes it straight off, hard to explain but it kind of shocks it and turns the nut but doesnt move the pulley

edit- Brad is it definetly a leak not a spillage? You cleaned it off real good then buzzed it round the block see if you can pin point it
Debz have you taken the 10 mms on each coil and ran it up with the coils still in, and listening to see if its definetly a coil?

The hub nuts can/might have a bit of plastic on the end which supposedly locks it, but really dont do much.
If you get a new hubnut use that and a bit of lock-tite
Get the alun key on then get a spanner/ratchet spanner on?
Have you tried soaking it in wd40 if its only seized? Got a pic?
