Do you know what, I haven't actually. But you know how bad AST are with getting a response. Still not got my longer bolts LOL you were right.
I probably don't need any more camber to be honest, but thought just a little bit more would be good to work from. As you say -2.7 to -2.9 would be fine.
It was only a photo of my wishbone angle, i'll send again now.
James' setup feels amazing! haha.
From memory I think my wheels are et43 but I'm not entirely sure. They're OZ F1s...
Thanks for the reply buddy. I know exactly what you mean about different setups working for different people. I'm just trying to look at the different variations.
I'm aiming for -3 up front or there about. But for this I'll need a spacer because of the closeness between inside tyre and shock...
Plenty of 182 cars get broken mate. Just keep your eyes open. I saw one a day or so ago being broken for parts. Maybe put a thread up in the wanted area too.
Better with a magnet then than no magnet at all though surely?
If there is crap in there, at least you have more of a chance of it being held away from important parts..
Right so I got a proper GEO setup done on the car on Monday.
It's given me some values to work with and hopefully work out what spacers and shims to buy.
But I'm basically trying to work out what spacers will make the wheels potentially rub the arches and what degree shims to buy for the...
How much are they for a F4R?
Do they actually do anything at all? Or is everything f**ked by the time you'd realize anyway lol
I found a company that made them for Porsches, with a light attached so if metal was picked up and made some kind of a contact circuit it would flash.
I tried a basic clean up and it worked this morning :)
Also had nothing else running. So you must be right about the conflict mate. GiT
Good program actually.
Cheers
A few other Clios there. Didn't get round to speaking to many people because time is always so tight in the evenings.
Was anyone else from here there?
Here's some in car footage from mine..

Good to see you again matey. Thanks for the passenger laps.
As I said, I was shocked at how fast that thing is!! Plus you can seriously pedal it ;) It just feels on another level. You could have told me it had 400 bhp and I would have believed you.
My old man didn't know I was in with you...
Oh really ok. Work pc should be fast enough. Don't need it for anything else anyway.
Just weird how it reaches a % steadily then just stops. This time reached 73% and stopped now :-(
Might have to look at other programs ..
Does anyone use this?
My first time trying it today. Finding it difficult trying to convert a clip. It keeps getting to a certain percentage and then just stopping.
Tried stopping and restarting it a few times but it eventually stops at some point.
Has anyone experienced this before...
You have a couple of the 150 kits lol!! Is one not good enough ;P
Thanks, that what I was after. Seeing as I don't 'need' the actual tools and it's just nice to have them all together in one box rather than stealing the old mans. I didn't want to buy a kit and then find out I need to buy...
I'm looking at the 170 piece kit now. Is there anything obviously missing from the kit that might be needed for general work on a Clio (or any other car really)?
Seems to have all sockets covered, and enough spanners...
By standard shocks and Eibachs, I didn't mean long term ;) Just temporarily to keep you going until you sort out what you need to :)
But yeah I agree for you to be honest, for what you want/need Sachs will be the way forward!
Nice update, the little goodies look lovely. I like the PMS top mount and brace kit!!
Probably not any good to you, plus I'm so far away, but I have some standard shocks with Eibach springs you could borrow if needed.
On another thought, for the long term. Would it not be better to get...
Thanks for the offer buddy. Bit too far from me though :)
I think it's all sorted temporarily for now though. Then Kelv is letting me borrow a couple of his until I sort out my studs.
Yeah 888s work fine for me. But not surprised they are struggling for you now, that's a lot of use!!!
Could tell from the videos you were struggling with them a little.
Need to watch Race 2 still.
Let me know when you sort the Wilwoods and bits out ;-) x
Nice write up mate. Sounds like a load of fun. Just about to watch your videos now :)
How did you find the standard calipers compared to the Wilwoods? Are you selling the willwoods? Or are they buggered ;P
Good to hear you loved the ASTs.
What tyres do you run to be the weak spot? 888s?
Booked in for Brands tomorrow. And haven't sorted myself out in time.
Only have 3 bolts per corner currently. Kelv is lending me his but won't get them in time for my first sessions at Brands.
So was going to swing past my mates house later (who has a 200 and said I could use one from...
That's cheap. Really really want one of these kits. But I just don't 'need' it lol. Got all the same tools, just laying around and separate which is annoying.
