you could buy this swap the engine and still save a load of cash! I think £3000 for all the bits if you sold the car standard is bloody cheap.lol.
You buy it and you can do what you want with it, one condition though....you let me try out your car when it's finished.:D

Well I have lost faith in the tuning know how of my local garage.

I have finally figured out what my knocking is. :) It was a mount on the exhaust fanimold downpipe that has snapped causing the exhaust to hit the arb and subframe i think. Well it's hitting something due to it swinging free.
