    there are other mods that you do to the frame to fix rattles on the electric version.

    just grind the bolts off and use new ones.refit using a slight bit of exhaust paste and fit new gaskets on each flange.

    slightly lumpy idle is normal but your idle speed seems to low so indicating a problem. poss a software issue.

    you need to take the complete fan assembly inc bracket off the radiator so you can swap the fan.

    check the coolant level and sign of any leaks. might be worth having a look at the thermostat as well. it has been hot weather lately so that would increase engine temp slightly.

    the injector cleaner will take a while to dislodge any dirt so give it time.

    yes will be warranty and it will be a faulty transponder chip in the key head. get a new key under warranty.

    the fan is a press fit on the motor and held in place by a star clip.

    take the cat off and have a look inside. is all the honeycomb looking centre present and secure? if it is then refit it and seal the flanges.

    have you actually looked at the clutch fork end to see that it doesnt move? can you get gears? does it drive?

    one is underneath to the rear of the engine,one is under the battery tray and the other is near the shocker turret on the drivers side under the bonnet.

    other than a visual inspection and give them a spragg to see if there is excessive movement in them thats about it.

    its only a press fit so you should be able to change it. cant you get some discs with the ring already on them though as that would be easier.

    is the fan secure on its mounting bracket and securely fastened to the radiator? is the fan motor ok?

    you put some rubber tubing on the sunroof handle didnt you. there is a renault tech note with loads of mods to the frame etc and it does take ages to do it all.

    exhaust - suggestions

    how loud do you want it? if you want a loud system then go for the k-tec if you want something that isnt to loud but still sounds ok then go for a magnex.
