It's asking for more swap space because you haven't got enough physical memory free (RAM) You need to assign more swap space. Someone else will have to tell you how, I don't run Windows and can't remember the exaxt steps to do it. Do you use XP?

We've been using Pipex BB for almost a year now and I regulary see over 20k/sec using Azureus so I guess Pipex are telling you the truth....
