1st was turning into the Baker Tilly building on the roundabout at the far end of Stoke Park at about 8.30 this morning. Was on a private plate and looked lowered but was spoilt by Lexarse lights!:o
2nd was a bit further down the road in Burpham about 3 mins later in the traffic heading...
Yesterday at about 1pm. 1st was a RB 182 with stripes and an aftermarket exhaust...54 plate i think.
The 2nd was a silver 182. No Cup pack but had the spoiler pack....another 54 plate.
I did pretty much the same thing. Rear seats and Isofix have gone and even those made a difference.
Some people scoff if you don't go for the complete strip down but its suprising how even a bit of light stripping can help.
What??!
So in other words this mate who was "tootling along at 15mph in traffic" was actually doing about 40. Either that or he has a club foot and he practically put the brake pedal thru the carpet.
To lock up both wheels in such circumstances is near on impossible 99% of the time..
Cup...
Thank you Craig....couldn't have put it better myself.
In 3 years of non-ABS driving i've not locked it up yet....because i've not put myself in a situation that has required panic braking....like sitting up someones arse or driving like a knobtwat in the wet.
Its common sense.
As for the...
I wouldn't worry about it too much. Have a poke around and do some visual checks to see if there is nothing obviously askew.
Also have to consider the acoustic valve is tucked down in front of the front wheel over that side so that could be contributing to it.
How much have you stripped from...
They all make a hissing/sucking noise of sorts from that corner of the car.
Depending on your levels of sound proofing, it can be more or less obvious.
Does it go away when you put your foot on the clutch?
Try starting the car with your foot on the clutch. If there is no squeek then my bet is that its the clutch release bearing.
At the moment, mine gets a really creaky clutch pedal when it gets hot or its been run hard....whether or not this...
For petes sake!!! So you go thru all that hassle trying to get your pants out of the throttle body to then DRIVE HOME without anything on it at all??!
Honestly! Wheres the humanity?! That poor car...
I think whatever pics appear, the best one should be included in the 2009 Cliosport calender.
Just as a nice reminder that no matter how dumb you may have been in the past, there is always someone out there who has been dumber.;)
Looked lower than the usual. Was on the standard wheels and had a Yozzasport sticker across the front corner of the bonnet.
Was about 5.15 pm just up from the Westfield cricket ground near the parade of shops.
Not bad. Not many around for under 20k but then again thats got quite a few miles on it.
Its had the splitter and side vents colour coded as well....Exige S style.
And unless the wheels have been recoloured, they should be black.
You can't actually buy brand new non-supercharged Exiges anymore.
They ARE fun roads! Good pics Sarah....i wanna be back over there!
Looks quite comical with the bonnet like that.....gives the impression your car is raising an eyebrow!
Re: South East Bowling meet 28th Sept
Hmmm...Clare and I will be back from Cyprus so barring me forgettin something we already have planned (highly likely) i'd say we'd be along to this.

You will indeed hear about Cups making more than the usual. MarkCup's is one in particular.
Mine also churned out 177 back in June.....i reckon they are blueprinted.;)
