depends where you go. You could get them stripped and powder coated for about £100. You just have to find a cheap place. Usually it's around £50 per wheel
yep, renault have a habit of changing wiring mid lenght (gigitty ;)). Bloody french :mad:
Sensible option on the build then mate. Fibre glass panels would be good, but surely you'll only do the bonnet and tailgate? Or doors also? It would be interesting to know how much difference a cut door...
Not sure if yours is the same as the 182, but the exhaust pulley also needs removing to get the rocker off. The guy who removed mine said they vary on the earlier sports (not sure if this is true). He cocked up and managed to get the pulley off with just the locking tool (no belt). Good luck...
^^^^^ chuck them in a plastic bag and leave them where they are ;). I'm sure something simple could be fabricated to secure them better in there. Like the idea though Neil.
Ah ok. It was just knowing renault wiring, colour schemes tend to change for live, earths etc, so I was wondering how you did it. it would be good to get a full car wiring diagram, but i've been struggling to find one (free ;)). I tried downloading a version of tolerance but that didn't work, so...
