I'm guesing they should be ok then? Not really being that knowledgable on tyres, offsets etc I am geusing that 205 tyres will just be 5mm wider each side of the tyre then the 195's? If that makes sense!
On my last service my headlight level was adjusted as they were aparently pointing too low. Now when I put my full beam on ive noticed that it lights up more sky then road. Is there a way of adjusting the full beam on it own or is it because my headlights now point too high?
Some of the espace v6 airboxes were square. Not entirely sure what year though it does say on the forum somewhere. Ive never quite worked out why they bothered to design an airbox for the PH1 172 when they could have just used the one from the espace.
Yeah its a 42 offset. Ive been toying with the idea of 5mm spacers as well to give it the same track as a cup. But havn't really decided if its worth it or not!
Aux belt should be done every 3 years or 36,000 miles. You have gone past the 3 years and are close to 36k so it needs to be done.
If its the aux belt pulley going which it could be if its a grainy noise the aux belt might come off and 99% of the time it will take the cambelt out with it...
could be the exhuast you need to get you head in the bay and have a listen. However my bet would be on the aux belt pulley. Have you had the aux belt, tensioner and pulley changed yet?
Not sure but its not worth skimping if they are leaking oil as one day the back end will catch you out and put you off the road. What tyres does it have on the rear? They are prone to lift off oversteer especially if the tyres arn't that good.
Hubcentric are normally the expensive ones though it will depend on what make you use. You do not want non-hubcentric ones as they will cause problems.
Might be worth checking the oil level. I used 75/90 oil before and it made my gearbox notchy like you say but only once warm but your obviously using the correct grade.
Does the halfors oil meet the GL5 requirements? The gearboxs from what i know are very fussy on oil.
Best pound for bhp mod ive done was matched inlets and an rstuner remap.
tbh your better off selling it and putting your tuning money towards a faster car if thats what you want. I know lots of people will disagree but the clios are expensive to tune if your after huge gains and when you get...
Not only is air already made up of 75% nitrogen but what do you think is already in the tyre while it sits on the rim before its blown up with pure nitrogen?
i used some motorcyle chain oil on the tb spring and cable the other day and it seems to work really well. Its runny when it comes out the can so it gets in all the hard to get places and then it sets like a grease within a few minutes.
