I originally had these for track only wheels. Sold the Turrini's and fell for them so now the dailys...
Not the best pic and the car's filthy but it gives you the general idea
Did a D7F to F7R conversion on a Mk1 Ph3
There's most likely going to be a bit of wiring yes but how much depends on the year of your shell. If its 97-98 then the imobillisers strated to get pretty intense around this time and it won't be simple.
Mick
It only takes a little fluid in the servo to look like a lot and remember, the vac line will pull it thru in to the pipe also.
Has anything happened recently like some muppet been allowed to service it who maybe pulled the resevoir out of the master cylinder?
If it were my personal car then yes, I'd just change the pulley and fit a new belt BUT I can do all the work and am prepared to take the risk/rebuild it if it goes wrong.
If it were a paying customer asking though there'd be no way... new kits.
It won't automatically clear but the symptoms would dissappear if it was fixed (which its not if its still missing).
Some recovery guys are great, others not. I remeber Daveski's Megane coming in from the AA with a report saying the gear position switch caused it to cut out... which a manual...
Door card off the offending door then put a volt meter into the multiplug for the window regulator. Then work the window... do you see a voltage register?
If yes, replace regulator
If no, replace UCH
350D owner here... have it mated to a Sigma DC and its still awesome. The only downside is the small review screen but I bet you'll find one cheaper than a 450D body.
R107 is the termination code for the big connection that takes the dash loom thru to the engine bay... I'd urge you not to play in there!
From what you've said then you really need your car looking at to see what the pedal positions are reporting vs engine speed and interpruted throttle angle...
There's normally a few issues with the Cups that can cause this:
Brake pedal switch
Wiring harness from pedal to ecu
Poor connection at connection R107
Couple of things to check first. I'm assuming the vehicle starts okay but the throttle pedal is NON-RESPONSIVE to movement? If so turn the car...
I had a play with an actual S4 in my local Phones4U store on Wednesday and I'm sold on it over the HTC One now. Some minor tweeks to icons but on the whole what you have now on the S3 is what you'll get on the S4.
I'm currently contract free with a Note2 and am kinda waiting/hoping that the...
It needs looking at properly by the garage that did the work first as it may not be timing related (it does sound like something has advanced though from your description). Did you supply/ask them to change the camshaft and crankshaft fixings to?
And buy the genuine stuff! I hate it when people say "Goodridge push-on is rubbish" then when you see what they actually had installed was cheap Chinese copies and generic rubber hose... no wonder it failed!
The PTFE/Rubber with steel overbraided stuff is evil though and slices your hands to...
Depends on pressure and quality. If its genuine Goodridge 536 series fittings and hose in either -8 or -10 rather than the cheap asian copies then it'll be rated for just shy of 250psi working pressure (with around about 1000psi max burst pressure). Its pretty good shiz which is why its a C U...
