I would love a MkIII sport to but then I look at the repair bills for them and think Fek No! MkII maybe getting on a bit now but they're cheap to repair in comparison.
Steering pivot bushes seem to be the things that I'm seeing wear now and they aren't fun to replace.
It's hard to say I'm afraid mate without seeing it. Plug it in again and see what the pedal tracks (Track 1 and Track 2) are doing when you press the pedal. If its a numerical value then it won't be of much use but if the equipment is capable of graphing then you will see any errors or faults in...
Halo Aniversary rocks mate you've got to buy it... I loved the original so much and it can be had for as little as £10 these days. Since BF3 seems to require a small 8-12Gb update every other week now I've binned it and gone back to playing these in single player Elite modes and they're insane.
Unlikely mate, its more likely to have taken a fuse out TBH. Did you physically pull the fuse for the horn circuit? Take the horn button assembly out of the boss and make sure the wires and connectors are still intact. You could also try quickly touching the two wire together to see if the horn...
What was the condition of the coolant you took out originally? I've not seen it in years now but when the heater martrix starts to fail it can do funny things to your coolant temps. If you think it may have an actual issue still then it may be best it go somewhere now that has the equipment to...

If that still doesn't work you will need to remove the dust caps from the rear of the callipers and make sure the mech hasn't seized up as its common on the older style rear units.

Okay so we know the key and all systems are functioning fine. You say you cannot hear the fuel pump prime. Does your Clio have a crash impact/inertia cut-off switch in the engine bay area?
They look like this:
If so, press it... Does it click or feel solid? If not do you have a volt meter or...
You need to start at the very beginning. When you put the key in the ignition and turn it what does the red LED do?
Flash
Stay on solid
Come on and then go out

Some noise is normal but a "whine" that's clearly audible when driving isn't especially if its increasing in frequency as engine speed (whilst under load) increases and needs looking at.
It's really hard to diagnose via mobile video uploads though as they really do amplify treble which makes...
Ask them if they have any specials on as some dealerships do. I got two cards for my Laguna supplied and coded for £190. It's piece of mind having a new key than having used ones
Are you sure its not PAS equipped? i thought all Clio II's has assisted steering but I've been wrong before when it comes to spec and equipment.
It can be done yes but it really depends on the engine in the car as its not as simple as you may think. Firstly, you will have to remove your manual...
Personally i'd say that if you are prepared to spend £100 on a used ECU/UCH setup and swap it all over why not spend an extra £50 on a brand new key for your car? It shouldn't actually be that much unless you have a new key blade as a new RF key on the X65 is an "assembly" made of two parts/part...
Yep, just ask for a written receipt from the guy... I do it with all my cars.
"I, joe bloggs sold this heap if s**t (registration X123ABC) to jason bloggs on 12.3.13 for the princely sum of £300"
If the seller cant write then produce your own and force him to scribe an "X" at tr bottom.
Its part of the lock mech iirc on the tailgate. I will have a look later but it would be easier to just plug it in, look at the UCH and see which door is reporting open when closed.
Okay so it really needs the services of someone then with more diagnostic equipment than just a CLIP/Snap-On/Generic code reading equipment.
There are literally tens of different reasons for a limp mode/reduced engine output scenario to occur. Hardware (pedal ad TB's) are common failures but...
That question must be rhetorical because i am sure you answered it yourself.
If four places have looked at it and replaced parts, assuming of course its the same throttle related problem that they've failed to fix, why haven't you simply stuck with one and taken it back to them? Is it there...
