Or the JMS kit rather than ITBs really. No wiring messing. Standard ECU etc. Around the same power gains (think torque is a bit lower, but nothing major). ~£1500 fitted from memory.
it sounds like you've either boiled your fluid (although pedal feel won't be the same), or the pads have become glazed slightly. Might just need a good heat cycle on them. DS2500s do squeel at low speed though.

get them powder coated. You can have them blasted and sprayed for around £100. Depends where you go, but it's more durable and cheaper. No brainer really. You'll have to remove the tyres though.
If it's flashing mate then it's going to be either the decoder ring or the key. You could try a second hand decoder, but make sure you get the right one. There are 4 different ones apparently which are coded differently for clios, so you need to make sure you get the correct one if you are going...
