the main things that happens if you overfill it is oil is pushed into the breather system and burnt buy the engine so some lovely blue/white exhaust emissions.it could also create a oil leak from oil being pushed past the seals.
the fuel pressure regulator is part of the tank sender unit on your engine.you will also notice that the fuel rail only has a feed pipe not a return as well.the return is no longer required due to the regulator being part of the sender unit.you cant fit a pbv to your engine.
cant post the diagram due to not having a scanner.if you pm me the reg i can look up the diagram and tell you the pin locations you need.depending on the age of the vehicle the speed info will come from the abs computer down the multiplex network which might make things a bit more complicated...
1,try and remove the bolt with some easy outs.
2,drill out the bolt and rethread the hole.
3,remove all the other torsion bars so you could try and knock the stuck torsion bar out with a hammer from the inside.
fitting cams etc is straight forward enough its getting the cam timing spot on thats a little tricky.cams need to be timed up otherwise you wont get their full potential out of them.
everything should fit.the only trouble i could see would be the headlights due to the phase 2 and 3 front panels are probably slightly different.im sure there is a way round it though.you can get a phase 3 rsi.maybe try and find one of them due to your going to make your car look like a older...
the only trouble with that oil leak is thats its near the timing belt.if the oil gets on the timing belt it could snap and that would be even more exspensive.try and sort this asap if i was you.
if you cant get them out then just drill the heads off.their only there to hold the disc whilst the wheels unbolted so dont serve any major purpose.make sure your disc fits flush to the hub when you refit it and it doesnt catch on the remainder of the bolts causing it not to sit right.
starter packs should be covered for the complete 3 years of the warranty.not sure about the bulbs though.Normal bulbs are only covered for the first 6 months but im sure xenons bulbs have different warranty.
i agree abs does the job it was designed to do and all manufacturer test have proved it dramatically reduces your stopping distrances.the only downfall is it makes your brakes virtually useless on ice and snow due to the system trying to stop the wheels skidding when its impossible to do so.in...
