8bar of boost from a turbo is about equivelent to a knock event detonation..
so.. when you get the ceramics etc..
I might plan on running a higher boost..
the calculations show that I can have 1650 BHP... lol..
and... use 135 gallons of fuel an hour...

as opposed to the steady , controlled burn used normally...

Dont try to compare nos power to turbo power Sir (when looking at pistons)
Nos runs a lot cooler.
Pistons will be the weak point, not the block, the block is incredibly strong.
Weak points will be, clutch, head gaskets, pistons.

either yor track rod ends were knackered AND the rack is knackered.. or.. they knackered the rack doing the track rods ..
one would presume that any competent garage could diagnose where the wear is ???..
