to do a proper job they can be filled with metal filler, I have heard of some people trying to fill the holes with weld but the metal skin is so thin I can imaging it distorting the metal. will then need respraying so best to leave it to a bodyshop unless you're pretty handy with spraying?
Only 2 screws that hold the foglight into the bumper from behind, disconnect the wire and job done. Best to remove the inner arch liner for easy access but can be done by simply loosening the bottom
Very suprised no one suggested this when trying to change the bulb as it would have been 10x...
so because they cost £70 that makes them x10 better than my cheap'n'cheerful powerflex mounts. People have been using powerflex mounts on exhausts for decades for a reason.
The prima mounts were available when I 1st bought my car in 2005, and how often are they mentioned or more rarely, bought...
£35 for 1 exhaust mount is madness.

£7 to modify your existing mount and is still going strong, and give the exhaust a bit more freedom to move and not risk damaging it
You can get different kind of lacquers to keep the satin / matt look.
FAIL. on the car you won't be able to clean or prep them properly, so I personally wouldn't bother. And to do it property will take several days. Don't take short cuts when prepping or spraying.
Last time I sprayed a...
I don't see why not, the exhaust is meant to fit the standard CAT so therefore you should be able to do it the other way round. Mine looked identical fittings to the CAT when exhausts were swapped
I'd put my money on Matt and Paul at i4d for getting your order processed quicker, then opt for next day delivery, small chance you'd get it tomorrow too if ordered before lunchtime today
I have to admit I bought the Born Slippy clay lube just for a laugh as I wanted to tryr more juice, but I really like it. Works much better than other QD's and shampoo mixes I've tried, it seems to stay wetter much longer so you don't use as much. Buying it in concentrate form it's not that...
I can't believe you did it all whilst still on the car, let alone in a couple of hours.
Can you really say you've prep'd them properly that way? Something that size I'd expect to spend 1hour + just sanding it down before priming. I'm in the process of spraying my exhaust trims and spent longer...
i've had a quick search but not found anything. Anyone had any experience or know much about them? other than off rally / race cars. haven't found a weight of them yet but would hope they'd be fairly light.
Found these and think they'll look nice but different with the liquid yellow...

Plan on doing full prep 1 panel per day once the SNH arrives so will have a play around.
I have been considering trying Z2 on the GF's car 1st, but was taken in by the sales pitch of C2, which so far I'm very impressed with it. Will be using one of them on my over the winter
how easy were the Vmaxx to set up? I've fitted a couple of spring kits and dampers on my 182 but never coilovers or camber bolts.
And how high can they be set? I drive to building sites so can't have it any lower than say Sportline springs
I hate all those that have already tried it or had samples. lol.
I've only today found the thread on the dodojuice forum offering samples. search fail.
Will be prepping and applying to my bonnet as soon as it arrives so will give my thoughts coming from a beginner and not an experienced...
For christ sake calm down and get this sorted. did you do this through the works books? if not then he'll be sueing you not a company. You identified yourself therefore no slander as nothing Looch has said is directly aimed at your reputation, just the goods in question. As for knowing what he...
Should I work it until it starts to dust? I did this once or twice but generally waited until the residue hazed clear. in GT own videos they sprayed the pad with water so presumed I should do this 1st before apply more polish to pad.
I'm contemplating getting the mezerna sample trio and see if...
I'd say and inch per second sounds about right, with overlapping sweeps. starting at top left moving right, stepping down then right to left etc. I was priming each pad, and use it till the buffer haze was almost clear / starting to dust. I tried applying more P1, then next time would spray pad...
