    Custom 1*2 Exhaust Mount

Looks good, but not really worth the hassle when a new mount is £20. Could replace it yearly if you're that worried.

    Track car in car wiring?

Exactly this! I've just bought a Ph1 where the loom has been chopped, and it might be the reason the car goes to heaven. Would have been put back to standard if the loom was complete.

    What exhaust ?

Lol! Whilst going for a drive with Nick and his Oreca, I couldn't hear my K-tec exhausted car hitting the limiter, and he was about 100m ahead of me. Lol

    problems fitting cage (urgent)

Yeah, looking at the pictures, either the middle and front need welded in platforms to bolt to, or the rear sections are 2" too long!
  10. Budgie

    What exhaust ?

Anything is quieter than an Oreca tbh.

Gearbox oil leak- from drivers driveshaft seal,,.

Yeah, fingers crossed it's as simple as picking the old seal out with a pick and push fitting the new one in. :)

Gearbox oil leak- from drivers driveshaft seal,,.

Had a look online, and seems the seal set can be had for a tenner, Result. Will order one, and hope it's right.

Gearbox oil leak- from drivers driveshaft seal,,.

Fingers crossed. Luckily, it's pissing out at the minute, so will have to source one pretty sharpish. Never seen one leak there on a Clio either. Freak of a car.

Gearbox oil leak- from drivers driveshaft seal,,.

DCi has sprung a leak, Have cleaned it all up, and it's leaking from the drivers driveshaft output seal. Pics: Seal in more detail on a spare box I have: Anyone know if it's as simple as pull the old seal out and replace? Seal available seperately? Will give Agency a call on Tuesday...

Yeah, quite possible they've dropped one and just replaced it.

Changing Front Pads - Swansea area?

I never bother with this. Just use a G-clamp and it pushes straight back in,

    Engine warning light

23mm ring spanner for me. Could probably get away with an adjustable one too,

Changing Front Pads - Swansea area?

Front ones are ten mins work. Wheel off. Use a 17mm spanner and a 13mm ratchet spanner/socket to undo the bolts that hold the caliper to the yoke. Only loosen the top one. Remove te bottom one. Fold caliper up. Remove old pads. Replace. Install in reverse order.

    Solid engine mount.

Also. Might well have an uprated gearbox one, you just can't see it unless you remove the battery.
  28. Budgie

    Solid engine mount.

If you're driving it on the road, get it swapped for standard and make yourself some money back.

    Stripped brake bleed nipple..

Buzz gun FTW. Always spins them free. In terms of removing the rounded one, I'd be hammering a six sider over it.
