just put the blowers on the floor warm while the car is running and open the windows to let the moisture out.

are you on about the little bar that slides in at the bottom of the pads to hold them in? if so you might have to get a hammer on it as they can be quite tight. Sounds like you have a lot of things just for rear pads...
Die? It's only from dust and even then you're not garanteed to have issues from it. Not something to be messed with believe me from experience of death due to asbesdosis
There are a few. Search under plenum and you should find it. Only thing the miss out is the bolt at the side of the engine which you need to jack the engine up to get at (lower inlet that is) top one is easy

Who does all the prep work? or is that included in the price? Presume the paint needs to be polished etc prior to wrapping otherwise the imperfections like tar etc will show.
the CAT wouldn't cause this though. The lambda does nothing post CAT, so even if the cat was broken the flow wouldn't be much different, unless it's in pieces inside.

If it's lightness you're after then the oz's would be best to be honest. Turinis aren't that light to be honest. If you want them to look better in the arches then 16" is the way to go
They will polish out! Just make sure you dry your car off after washing and you should have these issues. As said it's probably the water in your area.
