the airbag light is caused by a poor connection in the connector blocks under the front seats.there is a mod where you replace the connectors with soldered joints,see you local dealer.
i think the xenon lights look the dogs b****cks! they give you a lot more visibilty.they also make your car feel more posher if you know what i mean(a kick in the ribs for bmw drivers cos clios can also have posh lights like your £30,000 penis exstentions).

if it was the cable or pedal you wouldnt have a clutch pedal it would be on the floor.if you still have a clutch pedal and you can engage gears without pressing the pedal then its your clutch.if it was your diff then i think you would still need to press the clutch pedal to engage gears...
the idle valve is different on the rsi compared to other clios because it is a laguna engine(the 1.2/1.4s use a stepper moter not an air valve).any 1.8/2.0 8 valve laguna will have the same valve.
the trip computer works out the average mpg from since it was last reset.the mpg is an average figure not a instant one.when you reset it you will need to do a fair few miles before the reading you get is accurate.
its the sender unit recall like black fox says.you just torque tighten the tank sender unit nut to prevent fuel leaks.takes about ten minutes to carry out.the recall seems to mainly apply to clio 2 phase 1.

xenon lights also have to automatically self adjust to the vehicle height to be legal so that would mean fitting front+rear level sensors and the wiring to headlamp adjustment moters.To put it to renault/172 standard spec you will possibly need-both headlights,ballast computers,height adjustment...

i delocked my mates car and i used one of those universal door locking kits so i could remotly open the door.attached one of the solenoids to the interior door handle rod.

unless your cat converter has fell apart and the bits have gone down the exhaust i cant see what could have blocked your exhaust up.if it was that blocked it would choke itself up anyway and cut out.
its happened on mine a few times and i found that my foot was catching the footrest and stopping me pressing the pedal fully down(only by a tiny amount but when i moved my foot across slightly you could feel the pedal move down a tiny bit more).try it and see if it makes a difference.
