32 is good really. You wouldn't get that with TB's on a 1*2. I spend just over 1K for 10bhp/15lbft. Unfortuantely with NA cars this is what you have to do. hense why more people are lightening rather than tuning.
ah ;)
How much?
Very interesting stuff Matt, when the 182 is getting a remap next year I might have to give you a shout and see what the options are :)
Are these ECU's transferable over the RS range Matt?
97mm TB, that's pretty big. shame that an inline filter can't be sorted direct to the bonnet hole, but should still see benefit form it direct on to the filter and general engine bay temp will be considerably lower, so it might be a bonus...
have to admit it's not the most accessable TB really. Induction hose needs to be 135deg bend I'd say, which is not ideal. TB conversion would be best surely.
surely samco would take a fare bit of rubbing to make a hole. and alloy pipe wouldn't crack. as said, all joins. If it's not that, could be electrical, sparks etc.
fabreeze for the smell, they use a diluted all purpose cleaner to clean the lining. warm obviously and with a scrubbing brush. Chuck the matts mate. get some nice ones. Don't use QD on it!!
Hi all, just wondering if it is possible to remove this; (sorry for robbing your picture Jay ;))
I want to cut it off the wire and attach an eyelet to it. Is that possible, or is there something integral there that is needed?
