Possibly, I suppose. But, it's only making a noise when pulling. The noise does when you ease off the power!

The Ph1's started making a weird noise under acceleration. It's like a whiny, very fast rubbing noise. Sounds sort of like a supercharger whine. Only does it when in gear, and when pulling. Not in reverse, either. Any ideas lads?

A new key is around £150 from Reno. New battery is about £2 from Sainsburys. What key is it? Mk2's, use a CR2016 3V battery.

Induction kit on its own is largely pointless. It'll sound louder, but won't make it faster. If combined with a decent exhaust and a remap, it'll make a slight difference.

Common fault with all RenaultSport models matey. Nothing at all to worry about. Just below 1k is healthy.

Meh. I really wouldn't worry. There's nothing much you can do if it decides to go. It's incredibly rare on those engines too. Coffee coloured liquid on the inside of the oil filler cap is a telltale. Also, loss of power.

There's also a bit too much play in the disc itself. Doesn't feel too steady. Will be replacing it asap.
