I paid just under £2500 for a ph1, less miles (under 50K), needing a front end respray (desperately!). That was over 6 months ago, and prices have dropped since then. £2500 would be the absolute max I'd pay, closer to 2k if it wasn't sunflower.
They have a higher profile tyre on so you don't get a 1 inch lowering effect. The cup packs do more than just lower, they also have a wider track and longer wheel base.
IMO, they are better than PE2's, but more pressure sensitive. PE2's are marmite, either love em or hate em. Melted the PE2's I used easily, never had that on F1's. I'll find out how the T1R's are on Wednesday.
