i have one of these, de cat and zorst, and in a race with a standard 172, (well engine zorst wise) i overtook it.... easily, and he was trying
do it, its made a differece to mine
wouln't bother if i were you mate, just buy some apex or eibach springs, much better, but if your keeping standard shocks, don't go lower than 30mm. These will make a marked difference
yep, dunno why but imo people have seemed to jump on the megs bandwagon recently
i have used a few megs products in the past, but always come back to AG. SRP followed by EGP does it for me, fantastic results and easy to use, job done
mine too has also split, again on the right hand side, it felt funny for ages (compared to the left one) ive just taped it up with black tape ;) before chunks fell off it
mines on 52k but 3.5 yrs old
got a small sexy momo on order
hhhmmm maybe not then lol, i still think the twin 3.5 magnex looks ok, tucked up snug under the bumper. Also think about blue flame too, they look good, pipes are smaller and oval i think
3.5" slash cut, think it was about £280, never had any issues, i wasn't sure about the treck either, but if you want a tailpipe on a 172, this is about the best looking. Also its not hard to find, and the welsh totty aint bad;)
the daddy
i also hate big japcrap/snowplough bumpers, big bodykits etc, what is the point?, nude an object and watch the filler crack........
like people who put on bigger alloys without lowering... imo if you can afford wheels, you can afford springs. Imo a car lowered on wheel...
