I was cruising one last summer (wasnt my vee, fitted new box at work) and road tested it with covers off so i could check everythin was ok... Ive never sweated like it.. the noise was awesome tho!!
So the 4kg's saved was noticeable then? that points me towards ultraleggeras then.. dont think strenght is gonna be too much of a problem. Its a road car wasnt planning on doin any trackdays or sprints

the pin lcoks the crank, the flat bar holds the cams in the tdc position. mot 1509 is used to lock the top pulleys so they can be slackened off. Your supposed to slacken the top pulleys, tension cambelt, turn the cambelt over to distribute the tension. then tighten bottom pulley on and tighten...
if your still having problems il be back at work monday. if u need the proper wiring diagram il get it for ya. one other way is to stick a big split pin in place of the fuse and look for the smoke
