I'd be surpirsed if you noticed any difference fiddling with your tyres by a few psi. either way, harder rears will induce a little more oversteer which im assuming is what your after. Consider getting different springs on the H&Rs or just leaving it. It sounds like a good safe/fun balance to me

technically, the most free flowing decat would be one that was the same pipe diameter as the exhuast system. The silenced ones are very mildly restrictive. Buy cheap tbh
