Isnt the meggy 225 engine essentially the same as the F4R??
So Loads of parts could be used to turbo the F4R.
Exhaust manifold, inlet manifold to name but a few.

If the rear damper on a clio fell out - you would notice it first! then if you literally jumped the car, a spring could potentially fall out.
Yes lowering a car is perfectly safe, however if you go so low that the wheels rub the arches a lot, then obviously a blowout may start to become an issue
they are all really tight. I've had 2 engines (so 2 clutches) and TBH I just got used to it. Loved it after a while but was annoying in traffic. But my valver is a B road car really.

"mkII" is running Ph2 172 wheels on his Mk2 Ph1 grande. It scrubs the plastic wheel arch liners a touch. 5mm spacers would solve it. Won't really scub until you have someone in te back
got the 172 pre cat lambda from central auto supplies - Bosch, not got part number to hand
Got the valver one from a motorserv in milton keynes.
Would always recommend NGK over bosch
I just thought i'd better post up and let you all know about my finidings when changing lambda sensors.
On my valver:
Changed the lambda sensor (which was utterly fubared) for a nice new NGK one (£54ish iirc). The NGK seems a better part than bosch BTW, comes better packaged with plastic gaurd...
