Sounds like a poor connection on the heater motor, or the a/c control resistir pack has blown, both common faults.
Do a search on here, motor connections will need cleaning up, resistor pack needs repairing/replacing. Usually about £25 on ebay.
Mine went about 12 months ago!
Ian.
Pollen filter is on the drivers side near the wiper, wondered whether it may be letting water in to the back of the heater.
Sold my 182 8 months ago, but from memory, if you leak is deffo from the top of the passenger footwell, it must be coming in from around the washer bottle area? The only...
Daft question, but you don't have an after market sunroof?
Could water get in from the pollen filter cover and run down into back of the heater?
Is the windscreen sealed properly?-scratching at straws now!'
Hardest part of getting the wiper motor out for me was getting the wiper arms off the spindles!
There're quite a few places where water can get in-just a case of attacking one at a time-satisfying when you solve it!

If you do a search, the drain under the washer bottle can block and the area behind the wheel arch liner fills with cxxp. Both can result in a wet carpet!
You hit the nail on the head-they took all the door strips, indicators, bullets etc off and were in the process of removing the sill covers/side skirts when i disturbed them. cost me £500 to repair doing it myself with parts at trade. Wife had just come out of hospital and said sell it (was her...

Bit of a way out! Am in Shirley and have an autel 703 reader if that's any help?
Had the side impact sensor fail on my lads clio, reckon the carpet soaked water up from the leaky sunroof as the semsor was corroded.
Think Mick's closer.
Fixed a couple of Renault airbag faults recently, there's a switch that detects the driver's seat is not pushed forward to let a rear passenger in that can play up and have had a faulty passenger inhibit switch.
Have also replaced a side impact sensor, pretty sure these aren't 3 ohms, more like...
I bought some inner rods from ecp for my wife's 182, they were lemforder and about 15mm too short, so I emailed lemforder-they don't supply inner track rods for an182 clio!
I took themnback and informed ecp who still list them for the 182.
Incidentally, I replaced the inner rod on a Trophy...
First of all, apologies for not searching threads, but i'm up at 5am and need an answer!
Guy at work has a Clio Trophy and has come to me with an odd noise.

Kwik fit was the only place open-£25 to repair a loose wheel :-(
You made the right descision-I'm jealous!
Conservative council sold a large chunk of the park to asda and they chopped a lot of old oak trees down-toxxers!
Good to see you can get Clio sports over there!
Use one of the repair companies on ebay, they cost about £24 and you get a guarantee.
I swapped the transistor on mine twice but they didn't last long, so bought a used one!
