LMFAO
Cheers for all the help stevo, I had already priced p4p as I had kinda overlooked ACW but after seeing more pics of yours, I think that's what I will have now.
FYI p4p have 10% discount on just now and offered me 15% discount for 5 people and 20% for 7 and over. I might start a thread...
Yeah 300 ain't to bad, from quotes I had I was looking at 550 which I thought was extortionate.
Do you still have the r-sport panel, I might be interested in it if you do.
Cheers for that Stevo, I think I will just get the ACW window's being they are such a saving, then a p4p rear. Hopefully they can do me a square whole instead of the small holes.
Yeah from one end to another to try get an idea of the curve they have if you could!
Yeah I get what your saying about the front's, a couple of self taper's should do the job along the bottom window line (internally) while someone is pushing up the window.
I just can't decide between ACW and...
Yeah I think you have bought the narrower version to mine (same as in the sale thread)
It does need a couple of lugs welded etc to use standard mounting points so your best getting something custom if you can, I couldn't swallow the price tag on a custom jobbie, at least your 80% there with a...
Okay cheers, do you have any pics of the front's and rear's fitted from down the side of the car, I wan't to get an idea if they look funny being flat. Also did you just sikaflex the rear's in? I have heard of some having trouble being that they are flat and the car isn't.
This will work, only if you have a misfire at idle or under no load. As said, unplug electrical connection on injector while running and listen for an audible change in engine note, if no change when removing it point's towards a fault on that cylinder. Same applies with HT lead's.
It's a cat, how anyone could tell what sort of cat it is by the internals is beyond me really, too hard to count homney comb lol. Does it rattle or anything, dents dings etc, if not PM your price, im tempted.
Cheers
Bit of a nightmare about the belt Ian, sound's like you have a plan for resolving it.
Cant wait to see the video's when the engine is done, will be one of the quickest racer's about.

Have you looked at...
I havent tried to download anything yet, but I will when I get a chance tomorrow.
Being a Schlumberger works comp, they are paranoid about security and won't let me download most things. Is there anything I can do to the settings of chrome etc?
Hello folks
I am no computer whiz so keep answer's simple please if there is a solution.
I am currently on my work's computer using cliosport, I just tryd to log in through google chrome which is what I usually use but it is coming up with a Malware error (google window) and I am now using...
"after a quick chat with matt he seems to think it may be a tooth sheared off the diff and escaped thru the housing.."
This has resulted in an engine oil leak hhhhhhmmmmmmm
Had me worried, common sense really, get the two mark's lined up and your good, same as any old ecentric tensioner...phew.
Is that an upper pulley to suit a skimmed head Fred?
Gripper can do a new gear set for them but they are out of stock just now.
There is an Italian company that do gearset's also, none of these two company's are cheap though and I would just have agency or any other g\box rebuilder recon your's and get a taller 5th gear while your at it...
Explain please Fred? He has what look's like the only way to tension the belt with the ecentric part facing to the right of the picture giving tension. Are you saying he has tensioned it anti clockwise when he should have done it clockwise?
Not a fan of the new graphics tbh. This isn't just a fiesta with a cage and evo engine, there isn't an untouched panel on it. It never lasted a race at full chat, always slowing for cooling etc the times I seen it.
Andrew Gallacher's focus eats it for breakfast, not sure of the bhp/ton difference.
I would entertain the thought but I would need this to get their lol

I know a guy that does nearly 15 miles one way so 30 miles a day to work and the costs of maintaining his bike are quite surprising tbh, he runs a racer...
I can understand keeping it on a rally car as your sawing at the wheel but for circuit use, non pas on small cars is better IMO, you get warning when your on the edge mid corner. Eat your porridge and you'll be fine.
And as Daniel said it simplifies things and gains you some power, win win.
