Well went away and now it back with avengence. All i can describe it that its like a rev limiter that moves around the top half of the rev range. Some times it comes in at 5.1k then other times i can see the dizzying hight of 6.5k. I'm starting to feel its not fueling since its on and off...

I have no ABS, hell i don't even have a brake servo and i can keep it on the shiney stuff.

As for tints. Anything under 30% is an automatic 3 points. If they let more than that through you can remove them on the spot to aviod the fine.

Why would i need a wideband o2 sensor if i was only using carbs.
