Looks like a good run out bar the incident. Driving meets are ok providing everybody knows approximately where they are going, you get a good lead car and nobody starts heroic overtakes etc.
Good little tussle that. To be honest its pretty much a dead heat in the straights, in the corners the 182 is quicker but its running 888's so bit of an advantage. It goes to prove there is hardly any performance difference between any of the RS Clio's.
I used to miss my 172 to the point i'd have almost weekly dreams about it. Now I have the mx5 they've gone away. Things I miss about the Clio is the power and economy.
I will probably end up back in another RS Clio at some point in the future, when I need a newer more practical car.
My 172 developed a suspension knock as a result of the snow last year :dapprove: My MX5 has been spot on so far, except it wanting to go sideways everywhere ;)
My 172 was hopeless in the snow. All it did was develop a suspension knock in the snow last winter. My mx5 on the other hand is epic, goes sideways on demand and is so easy to control. It doesn't break either.
Well its UKDM which you won't approve of. Insurance was £400 cheaper than a Eunos though. Its a 1.8 Classic, black with matt black alloys. Its a really tidy example to be honest. The paint, bar were somebody has keyed it earlier in its life is almost perfect.
I'll get some pics later when its...

I never let people smoke in either of my Clio's, I let them smoke in my Mazda 323 because that was a £600 shed. Nobody will be smoking in my MX5 so my no smoking policy will resume.
