It is advise to save you if you have an accident - if you don't know it has those mods then take it somewhere to find out, do you really think that if you have an accident the insurance company will say its fine and will pay out to fix the other car/wall/lamppost because you thought the mods...
ICV mate, i went through 4 before I bought a new one, used to rev mine like yours but then hold revs at 3000rpm - imagine how that looked at a set of traffic lights lol

Don't think you can do it, unless you change the engine loom too, as the ph2 doesn't have an idle control valve, so no wiring for it
