Welcome to CS mate .
Contis over toyos for me . Toyos are crap in the wet . But i prefer michelin exaltos the best . Excellent grip in the wet and dry , but they do cost a bit more .
The car should have the remainder of the 3 year warranty , you'll have to check when it was first registered or you can call Renault customer services , it stays with the car not the person so any issues should be sorted out by Renault if needs be .
Also you should have the remainder of...
Get em refurbed , slap some protection on em and stick em back on your car . Wheels are all weather things you know ;)
Try some of the wheel guard :

Its worth having a look at eh especially if its local , plus with private sellers you have more scope to knock em down a bit ;)
Have you got a link to the one on here ? Its a fair old treck down to Brighton if its a shed !
The top one on the link to autotrader looks ok , and only £6,500 plus its in Edinburgh :) You'd have to see it in the flesh tho' obviously to see if its as good as its description .
Agree with fred , way over priced if its cat c or d . That might be the reason there's no front splitter as well due to the accident damage . It might have had more damage than just the wing and door and they aren't being upfront with the full extent of what was replaced .
Tbh mate there's...

Well i'm on my second full fat in 5 years and never had anything leak or fall off yet ;)
I'd check to see if you do have a pollen filter cos i'm pretty sure you don't , your just guessing really aren't you ?? :quiet:
I had this problem a while ago .It lasted for ages , then all of a sudden it seemed to make itself right . In the meantime i created another 4 accounts , lol .
You could try contacting their help . They usually responded pretty promptly to problems .
182 with cup packs has all the toys . 182 cup doesn't have xenons , climate control, no leather / alcantara interior , a less powerful 4 x 22w headunit opposed to the 182 with cup packs 4 x 40w headunit , no headlight washers , no pollen filter .
The 182 cups only came in racing blue and...
It wouldn't cost much to get a small backstreet bodyshop to spray it up tbh .
Or you could get some aerosols mixed up at a local paint supplier . About £7ish a tin . As long as the paint is in good condition then just clean it and wipe it down with some panel wipe , give it a few good coats...
My old 172 had a scratch on the bumper and passenger door . 5 places i went to all said that its a b**ch of a colour to match .From certain angles i could see where it had been sprayed .
If your not happy take it back and tell em .
Re: Where’s all the detailing postings gone -_-
I'm impressed with your wheels . I've had my wheel guard for nearly 2 weeks hopefully gonna give it a go this week sometime , weather permitting .
As to the gilmour . I just use my pressure washer with shampoo in a bucket and a short...
15W 50 is probably fine for the cup racers , do they race em when its snowy /icy ;) .For normal everday use , especially in winter 5w would be better . Like GavFre says , what advantage does it have over the 5w ?
Lol at the dealership with the misinformation . Don't the sales people get any kind of training ? You'd think they would have some knowledge of current and up coming models !
Most people go for 5w 40 as it gives better protection on startup . I'm no oil expert but 15w might be a bit too thick and its not recommended in the service book .
Personally i'd stick with whats recommended i.e. 5w 30 or 5w 40 .

It could even be the adjuster screw inside the caliper rusted . Then it'll need strippin down , cleaning up with some emery cloth then greasing .I had one seized like that .
I wouldn't say it was totally pointless . Not everybody wants to pay 16k or can afford to pay 16k + all the extras for a car , plus it'll be slightly more insurance friendly for younger drivers i would imagine imo .
