Look on maplins website for a 23ohm type, but it needs to be the big rectangular type as the small ball types get too hot.... Like this.....

I got mine from maplins, but if u are unsure a local auto Elec should be able to sort the job quickly, as said above the circuit needs resistance in order to function properly.

Take it off mate, blank the pipe off, and fit a 23ohm resistor to the wires, job done....

Prices vary massively at the moment on 182's, I have just sold my 182FF with service history, 94,000 miles, belts done at 70k, care was in excellent condition inside and out for £1850.... as said above, if its tidy and has had the belts etc done, and you can get it for £1500 you seem to have...
