it fools ecu into thinking the car is cold, and hence runs on the 'cold' map - waste of time and money, and will bugger your engine in the long term + will loose you power - makes me sick they can make such claims and get away with it
Can't believe it still :(All the original lot have all been/in process of being scrapped: My black one, yours, Dan's, Burps old shell, the list goes on :(
A jokes a joke, but enough trolling dude.
Well not to my taste anymore, but fair play for doing it properly!
Looks a very nicely done install, and sensible leaving the fual pump accessable!
Do you do any competitions?
What about a double battery setup?
I know it is beefier, but I had a big big install in my Mondeo ST24 (x2 12" JL's, x1 15" R.F., 4 amps, power cap etc) and that had a twin setup and the powercap never reg'd low voltage even with the Mondeo's 650 rpm idle
Might be an idea to look into dude :)
REALLY need to get my ass into gear and come see you guys racing, just so busy at the mo - what track are you at closest to our neck of the woods?
Silly question - can you have an intercom system? So you guys can talk during the race - would be handy relaying info to whoever is driving - is that allowed in your class?
In my opinion, the 106 is a great little car, but since owning a 172 iv not missed either my 106 Xsi, 106 Gti or Saxo vts.
Brilliant little cars, but the Clio is an all round better car
