And the carpet lol.
he has had a good go bless him, and a good base to start from, but he has got caught up in the wrong thing - i mean all those engine modifications but standard shocks?
Better acceleration i doubt you will notice anything dude - in fact maps tend to smooth out the 'kick' you get around 5000rpm, so it may actually feel a little slower as it will be smoother if that makes sense.Best two are RS Tuning in Leeds (Well worth the drive, iv done it twice) or...
Welcome - try the search button mate, been covered many times - it will feel a bit smoother to drive, and you may be lucky and gain a few bhp, but that will be it.
Big thanks to Tunst for getting me a new rear caliper quickly - all fitted and is spot on :D. New rear discs and pads fitted, and rear ride height will be played around with this week :) - oh, fingers crossed a decent update tomorrow :D
Iv not bought one for a few years, but a figure of about £50 is in my head mate - dont hold me to that though - id buy new btw. For th efront id get Brembo HC's (G172 here sells them v cheap) and standard pads are fine for road use, and rear iv just bought genuie standard discs and pads - the...

1) Yes cams have been fitted, and gained a few bhp and lost a lot of torque from what we seen - bear in mind the inlet was designed for a standard engine - it was not designed for cams.
2) Im sure JMS tried a lot of different filters and found that ot be the best, but might be worth PM'ing the...
What discs are you running mate?
id leave the yellowstuff - used them in the Elise and stopped it very very well but gave absolutely no feel at all - not good for confindence
Yeah its a right pain finding the odd noises mate, im doubting the cv boot clip only because they are flimsly little things and break often but are not big enough to make a noise loud enough to be heard inside the car
Clicking when turning is a sympteom of cv joint wear, but not usually over bumps mate, it could be a number of or combination of a few things - id look at a knackered shocker/arb bush/wishbone bush for the knocking-is it a knock or definate click?
Re: My Phase 1 ITB Daily Runner
Well Michael, as per my text, another great conversion there - lol @ 32 cable ties! Even my home brewed thing didn't have that much ;)
