There some demo model dealers had on 53 plate etc. Not many most peopel waited a bit for the new registration.
GDi demo car is 53plate incase anyone doesn't belive me.
Cut the bolt head off and use a new one got to be the easier way.
NO point Imo the hill power one the stock ones fine get the R19 4th mount (same as the 172 gearbox one) to help reduce movment and turn the bushes round in the stock one 90degree of if you realy want remove the old bushes from...
What model etc is it?
Have a read here though

Clio Mk2 alarms
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The alarm fitted to all Clio's...
You don't you hammer the socket on so it goes in the gap. Halfords etc sell kits to remove wheel nuts like this which basically do the same thing once the bolts out you bit it and the socket etc.
Other option to have some metal welded to the bolt and do it that way.
Nope won't break the...
Try some 60mph to 10mph stops a few times very hard one after another don't stop dead on the pads though do this 10 times or so then let the brakes cool off that enough for most pads.
Pad from new have protective coatings so you need to burn these off ASAP realy (which is what the above does).
Thats big bit of metal if its the one one I'm thinking about is the injectros cover its there to protect the injectors from becoming dislodged and pouring fuel everywhee in the even of a fire of front end crash.
Theres a load of both space and weight can be removed depends how dedicated you are.
No one realy tried I wouldn't bother you'll get no gains. ALso you'll have trouble that the throttle body will have trouble stabilising an idle with that throttle body as its not expecting such a large airflow when almost closed.
8V only I think they were made.
RT stands for Renault touring I think.
Induction kit won't fit directly I don't think you could make it fit no question though.
That looks like the normal Mk2 early phase 2 ones. There about 30 types i think. You've a few options to get it off either get a similar sizes socket and hammer it on and remove it (socket and the nut are then binned) or try a dealership see if they have a bunch to let you try and use to find...
ANy decinet fluids fine to use loads of people have personal favourities mine the Castrol dot 4 super response £10 or so Demon tweeks is the only place I know thats seels it Halford sused to.
Yep no problem with fitting though.
Well done.
Being looking at this today when I've been more awake theres two seperate fan types the air con one different due to its design in the heather box. Motors can be bought seperate.
There fine for 100k otherwise its some other failure.
There not cheap £250~300 you rlooking cash in hand at a garage. but unlikly to be cluthc most likly a failed seal which wets the clutch or a failed something else.
Whats wrong with your car?
Its worth speding properly on suspension and IMO not worth speding £250 on setuping up Fk's there not expensive enough.
Normal setting up when there fitmented is good enough.
Just ask how much extra they want to lower the car depens some have a fixed price some say no some say £x if more than 30m and £z if more than 60mm etc.
Stan* would at APD but personaly I'd try bBn again I know he's having trouble after moving premises so hes got a load of backloged manifold reworks and his new manifold to sort bue he is good.
Forget it honestly you won't get any gains beyond having a more reponsive throttle and for the effort get a phase 1.
You'd have to take with the remapped see if they can make your ECU work with a cable thottoel body decient good places might be able to.
No point with bigger T/B's though...
Never realy checked I'd guess there two typres the air con being the more powerful one since its got a radiator right behind it (the arocon one).
Easy to chnage though bit of a bugger getting the unit out. its all under the scuttle panel.
Computers very good the tank sensors the probelm I never let it run down so the red light ever is visiable.
Its accurate often to about 1 liter or 9 miles or so.
Lowering springs are the cheapest. ride isn't ideal
New shocks and springs is better but the springs are still hard as they need to be to get the lower ride height
Coilovers are the ideal since they are desinged for the job realy and better made and desinged.
Nope make an adapter plate up for the throttle body but since your car runs an electric throttle body you'd have to (for simplicity sake) run a stand alone ECU. The Phase 1's use a cable throttle body the ECU on them adjust the throttle body.
The other option on your car is to get a phase 1...
