Has the airbag gone off?
I take it not if so then disconnect the battery then leave it 10 minutes. Remove the top and bottom panels round the back of the wheel and find the two little clips on either side of the back of the wheel there the little clip undo them and the airbag unit comes off.
Theres two wiures to the unit (least I think there are if not then wire the other side to the earthing point on the car.
Cut the wires and solder one side of the resister to one wire the other side of the resister to the other wire.
£60 ro so for the calipers and brakcets froma breakers yard lines would often be thrown in I'd personaly buy new braided ones only because there not much different priced that stock ones and ae better) the risk of having a damaged line IMO isn't worth the risk.
£50~60 for new disks
Stock pads...
Get the spanner you get with the kit and unscrew the bottom nut like thing the springs sits on then lower the top on and tighen both nuts against each other.

Idealy you want to get better wheel on the car stock 182 ones do nothing for the cooling of the brakes.

Difficulty depends on our skill level being as you seem not to know what it is I'd...
Yep plus more low end revs power. Is more CC so more power won't take the high rpm though as well but the extra CC account for more.
Cost depends you can somtimes pick up Megan 2.0 bottom ends for £200 whole Willaims engines depends where you go upto £750 I'd say.

Could do that, then scan the article from track and race car who know what a good car is who reciently rated it the best roat track car and the race car won the title of best track day car.
If you have the 239mm disk then the cheap upgrade is to change to the 259mm disk with calipers and brakes.
Most of the phase 2 Mk2 CLios have them (except the RS)
£140 to fix is a bit much you can do it yourself dash off job not a quick job for £140 that a lot of money.
Are you sure its the maxtrix is your coolent level dropping?
Stock Renault parts are good enough £200 for a whole set.
No one that I knopw of makes a set Most companies claim to but they havn't checked if they did they'd realise 172 still won't fit the 182 Cup pack without modification (same goes for nne Cuped 182 cars).
I wouldn't use Koni anyway...
