Get some 259mm disk and then the calipers and caliper brackets from a Williams or valver or Mk2 phase 2 cars as most of the none RS use them there the best upgrade.

Put the accelerator about 1/2 way down and start it. You'll get a plume of black smoke as there unburned fuel poures out and don't tur it off for least 20 minutes or till its fun warm for a bit.
