iv got it on my clifford alarm, good fun, especially for scaring old bids and kids! Also good for cold mornings, just start the car whilst eating breakfast, then by the time u go out its nice and warm inside and the engines warmed up as well!
its impossible to leave the car in gear, as you...
i used it with a massive chunk of metal that deflated my tyre in about 40 seconds flat, and it worked a treat! made a mess but the tyre was solid after a few mins.
Always have some now!
its worth it for peace of mind, but i hear the range is quite poor, maybe only if its outside the house or restaurant or something! I enquired about one and the alarm dealer guy told me this!
out shopping will most likely be too far for the signal mate!
yeah, pain in the ass. it drives spot on like, so im gonna leave it for now. I can handle it popping out, it only does it when im driving really slow in 2nd.
Just a pain in the ass when iv got my mobile in one hand and a can of larger in the other ;);)
Iv had cams, headwork, balanced/lightned bottom end, manifold, but still running stardard ECU! Hve been for months with no problems at all!
My plan is to get it unichipped as its probably the best bet without going for silly priced management and should get me the most out of the mods...
yeah thing is it didnt even hit the limitor, i can change pretty quick, but it just made a really loud bang and didnt sound healthy. Since then its been popping out of gear.
It crunches when i change fast into to 2nd as well. But as far as i can remember it always has done. Doesnt seem...
its also nackered my sync, pops out of second when im driving very slowly, thought changeing this would have cured it but its not :(
Theres no gearstick movement though now hardly! (apart from popping out of 2nd lol)
Worst thing is i only had the box completely rebuilt 8k miles ago...
only done about 4k miles on this, did a full throttle gear change and its boogered! lol it didnt sound healthy at all!
The one i took off 8 months ago was loads worse though, but it was the original one!

When i fitted the ph1 seats in mi car the nut underneath rounded off on the last turn of the spanner. BOO HISS! And it was bloody tight as well.
Anyone know how i can get it off? its really awkward to get to as some of u will know, so socket is really the only way to get at it!
Hellllp...
