Flashing imobiliser light means there is no code being recieved from the key. Some one with a diagnostic machine can confirm wether the BIC is reciving a code or even recieveing a code which is wrong. I would bite the bullet and get a brand new key.

Sounds like you have a serious battery problem. Get the battery checked and also the charge rate.

All new Renaults come with clear repeaters! Like said above, should have an orange bulb inside though.

Very common on the older renault generation for the gearbox's to baulk like that. Change the oil for some decent stuff and should make the world of difference.

Never adjust the gap on a platinum tip plug.

Fook me! Thats appauling! That jubilee clip was probably put there to keep the belt on the idler/oil pump pulley whilst the rest of the belt was fed on.

It would throw up a fault immediately with a target fault. It could be anything really, I would surgest taking it to another renault dealer.

Iv had this fault with the UCH before. And it is the UCH at fault so it will need a new part. there around £200 from renault plus they need to be programed so fairly expensive. Try giving BBA reman a call there very good...

That wont be true. ^ If it isnt somthing obvious you will need to get the ABS codes read to see whats going on.

When you started it when jacked up the wheels were probably turning. This will cause the abs light to come on because the front wheels are moving and the rear arnt.

Its either broken ABS reluctor ring or your CV boot has come off and the clip is interfiering with the signal. Get your head under the car and have a look at the cv boots.

This time next year I would do it.

600 rpm is slightly low for a warm engine. Before doing anything like a remap, I would remove the throttle body and clean it out with carb cleaner. Also clean the idle control valve. I am a Renault tech, but have alot of intrest in the sports. Just PM me your "niggles" and I will try and help...

There isnt an idle control screw. The idle is ECU controlled via an Idle control valve. What is the problem with your car?

Your best going to renault for the bolts/studs. They hold the lower inlet to the head also. The 1.6, 1.4, 1.8 and 2.0 fuel rail gaurd should fit. :)
