Oil light - Clean the connector on the level indicator. (the one that goes into the block next to where the dipstick goes in) Airbag light - Cut out the grey and yellow connectors under both front seats.

Sounds alot like an EGR valve problem. Did you clean out the housing and the ali pipe next to it? I did a guide on cleaning it which might some use.

Is there a click from the uch (under the glovebox) when the key is in cranking position?

It will be the throttle body connections inside the inlet manifold. Fairly common problem. A throttle body is 250 bucks + the dreaded but they rarely go wrong.

The best way and the way iv been doing it for years is to unbolt all the coils with the engine off. Then rest them all back in the wells and start her up. Then one by one lift the coil out. If you hear a snicking noise, that coil is sparking. If you lift one out and it makes no change to the...

A tone!?!? Coils are around 30 quid buddy. You can find them on ebay but get the brown top ones as they have been revised and made better. To fit, just pull the connector off the offending coil, undo the t30 bolt holding it in and pull it out. Then just fit the new one. Hope this helps

If its both keys that have gone, your problem probably lies with the UCH itself. Get renault to Try re synching them on clip 1st though. Pressuming the batterys are ok.

I bet the cir clip and shim have sheered and fallen out of the diff. If so, it is new gearbox time! Try all parts, they have allways been good to me!

You will need to get something to lever the alternator to get the belt tight enough.

Theres a solution on renault stereos not functioning right in the cold mornings. Just unplug it and plug it back in again and it will be fine :)

Is the 03 plate a megane 2?

There all the same lenght iirc.

Take the front bumper off.

Just pull the connectors orr that connect them to the loom. You will see them once you trace back. Was this on clip? Did he try to erase the fault?

Thats very odd to have 3 sensors go at once! I take it you have check all connections? THey tend to go green and not make a good contact.

Just look at the old disc. From the front of the disc, it goes.. Bearing (with sealing lip towards the back) Circlip then nut. The white spacer isnt used, just take it off. Hope this helps

A word of wise advice...... take your car to a GARAGE.

Throttle body. You have to take the inlet manifold off to get to it though.

That and the connections can become poor and not make a good contact.

Something to do with the throttle body if its a d4f. (1.2 16v)

Remove Disc, take out circlip, press bearing out, press bearing in and replace circlip. Refit Disc.
