Thats very unlucky the problem is once the aux belt breaks it can hit the cambelt and so if your cambelt has broken the heads got to come off I'd try get a new head or better still a whole new engne you never know the damge the head might have taken with the valves hitting them.
Not many common problem coils fail commonly in the wet weather a lot more.
Speed hum not sure not that much difference to a 182 I'd think.
Mk1's were a bit tricky just had to be careful depends how fast you drive close to the limit. Mk2 were better but more can still be done.
Most likly just hammered the clutch. Engines don't like restarts on track days mine never likes restarting and thats after a bit of cooldonw.
I wouldn't owrry unless you have further problem leave the engines to cool down and most problems fix themselves.
You'll love this software then.

I'd leave it to BenR or others who specialist for the reasonably price they charge.

Forget it its expensive. You'll need your stock ECU remapping and a looms making to make it workjk then you'r best using the JC3 box as thats what Renault did so you should need the JC3 driveshafts as well you'll need to get it all to work.
If you don't remap so the 1.2 ECU runs the 1.6 (it can...

Had the throttle bodies but was selling them soon afterwards to someone else I think.
They were very cheap though for the money they cost to make originally they would have ben a good buy to anyone wanting more power.
