Rear disk arn't as good IMO as drums. Drums don't stick or rust as badly don't bother upgrading there more haslte than there worth.

Tell them to ring Renault UK its a common failure and although shocks are wear and tear it shouldn't wear after such a short time. If they won't or don't bother ring Renault yourself and tell them to ring the dealership.

Springs will fit or least they should but there completely wrong they'll make his car higher and the ride won't be right the car will be up nose in the air which isn't a good suspension setup.
