There not much out as far as I know (its almost a brand new engine only other car with it is the Modus and thats not been out long) although its is similar to other CLio dci engines. Tunning boxes mayabe availiable from Mr Hoot which is your best value place which should give it 20~25hp more...
Yep there one. It was a dealers fited car after an owner complain he wasn't made aware that there wasn't 3 rear belts so the dealership (on behalf of Renault) put the third rear full belt in.
I'm not sure how the bill was split (the onwer didn't pay) I think the parts were supplied free from...
£1.5k.
I'm unsure or catagories but for £1.5k you can strip the engine and box etc and put them in another sheel then the other bits ie bodywork you can sell to none RS owners who want the RS body kit.
Free trackday cover would be nice.
Modification friendsly and preferably smoen who knows what a lowering kit means. No rules like no performance enhancing modifications as surly that removes a lot of things.
If your thorwing hundreds then just get a tunning box from Mr hoot there the best value.
If you were throwing a few grand at the engine then you can talk about real power.
How did you get a free service no new Clios comes with one?
If its a dealer thing you'll most likely have to take it to the dealership.
How many miles do you do Motorway miles don't hammer brakes and tyres?
Stock setups fine for most peole DS22500'd are a good upgrade but at £85 with stock...
On track Freds 1.2 is very quick running slicks, ligthened, and its very very low.
I don't think it will ever see the track again with its 1.2 engine though so its memory will have to be kept alive by People who remember it.
Depends on driver Freds got a specially lowered 1.2 and on slicks it kept with a 172 on track and its quicker on the back roads as its so low. However both driven on the same tyre of tyes on track by good drivers the 172 even comparing a stock 172 with a lowered 1.6 would be quicker.
1.6 would easily be beet but it depends a bad driver on track in a 172 would loose to a 1.6.
1.6 is 110hp the 172 166hp so 50hp plus better brakes and suspension.
You can get decient gains much more than any N/A engine can be for the money.
The extra air from a bigger boosting turbo (you can increase boost by fiddlin although its not a good idea) or from cooler air (ie using an intercooler won't get any more power you cna run 20 bar boost and you won't...
You need more fuel not more boost.
Any turbo can be made to work a portugest form member has a turbo from a 2.0 BMW anything will fit its the suitablity you need to think about.
The engine can hold a lot of boost depends how you use it thats more important.
I wouldn't pay more than £2.5k.
Its a cat B for a reason its measn its realy been crashed well the chassic bent most likly so whilst it looks and maybe drives right its not.
They don't have abs and they had climate as an option not aircon.
Check were the multiple airbags are as Cups don't have side airbags in the seats.
£6.5~7k?
Yepits a KK KT35 turbo its the same (almost ) as the 80 model the 100 has a different one with varible blades.
Its not exactly small 1.1 bar of boost is a lot realy compared with other cars.
No idea of any reliable one there a place in Liverpool a tunning outfit with one which is supposed to be good no idea where though.
I'm up for it though intergued how much power my cars putting out.
You don't need the 85 injectros but they will help with a remap make more power.
Stock 65 injectors, intercooler and remap and your about 105hp 85 injectors and 110hp depends on how good the engine is and mapping
