Noone real done one you cna get a superchrager kit on the continent from a German compnay but its £5k for the parts alone.
Its not easy though a magazine in Italy or turkey did a turbo 1.4 or 1.6 16V to 200hp and it kept going wrong so much so that the owner gave up and bought a 172 instead in...
I quite like the Renault one have a look in your dealership for prices and what it looks like its about £400 i think but depends on which kit you get.
But it definatly needs lowering they look so high of the ground with the body kit and standard road height.
Mr hoot tunning boxes are very good I've heard no negative comment and there the cheapest around.
A sports exhaust will make a bit more noise no smoke and no hp. You will only get a smokey exhaust if your cars overfuleing and unless you've got a stuipidly overpoweing tunning box or custom remap...
You don't want a sunroof they rattl and creak like mad if like me you've got a bad one.
Even good ones still rattle. Plus there extra weight for the car.
Depends what you define as braking the bansk. IK a big exhaust and decat are the cheapest then say manifold work and remap and you should be about 185hp maybe a bit more.
Nope they won't fit Ford use a 108 PCD CLio's use a 100 so the bolts are 8mm further apart on a Ford.
Very few cars have a the right sized holes for Clio wheels those that do usually have smaler center bores than the 60.1mm the Clio has.
I'd go by the metod of ading 10hp for the wheel and then times by 1.1 to get flywheel.
However setting up on the rollers can affect the readings.
172's seem to make about 140 at the wheel and should be 166 at the fly.
On soft setting if there like my old adjustable setup it will be like there no shock absorber the car will rock up and down after hitting a bump. On the hard setting it will be like theres no give in the setup.
I found a setup I liked but it was probably smilar to the setup that most fixed...
Theres going to be the extrem 3 sold for a while when the new Clio 3 is in production to sell the last of the chassic etc but the RS Clio has almost finished production there still a few RS Trophy model to make but thats it.
They can only refuse warenty work if they can prove the modification is responsible and most dealers cannot or dont want the publicity with refusing claims. Mine went in for work when it had coilovers with no issues.
Springs alone wont get you down 60mm though 40 is about the best I think...
Nope youve missed a service.
Id get it booked in ASAP.
If you have any engine warently problems you might have a problem with Renault Uk unhappy to pay up since youve not followed the correct servicing but you should be fine most problems requiring warently work wouldnt be picked up on...
Thats a lot of Bilstein boxes in thoe pictures has Yoz been bulk buying or something?
Have you removed the arches yet that looks low enough that youll be having it rubbing?
Any idea on price? 182 only I take it?
Definatly go for Leda stuff its weel worth it at £1.2k and if i had a 172 thats what Id use. At the bargin price its up for at the moment through the group buy its a steal.
67k isnt a huge milage after all the 2.0 is a big enine in a small car so not as stressed as much as says a 520 BWM. My little dci is more higly stressed probably and Im not gentle and its been fine for 48k.
Just remember the 72k service is expensive £500 from none Renault garages and probably...
Just normal fluid. Dot 4 or 4.1 is fine just make sure you bleed the brakes properly as that makes a big difference.
Dont use 5.1 though as it goes off quickly.
Halfords cheap dot 4 is £6 for a liter or some brand name super 4 is £10.
You should only need a liter for a CLio but err Ive...

Mines done 14.7 at 97 so as fast terminals as Chris and Nics. I dont understand why its so much quicker to that speed though I guess mine must just be slow off the mark.
Now where can I get a new bottom end from.
