So long as its properly installed by profeshionals then you should be ok. However dont expect the engine to be fine yoll be putting a fair bit extra load on it use it all the time and you are bound to have trouble.
Love the colouring. I take the box has been painted as well?
I take it this isnt the engine hes testing at the ring though.
Be interesting to see how quick it goes now.
The number of pots isnt a huge issue. 6 pots would be excessive. Dont forget your running a bigger disk than the williams so should cool down faster and since everyone who has used them including mark whe hes rally and tracking has never faded them I cannot see any problem.
Black looks stunnign when clean.
I nee to wash mine some time give it the true low and attention it deserves.
I was going to get a yellow car next just for a change.
The 1.2 has a folder full of problems the dci is more reliable but realy you need to use the best fuel in it. Problems with the dci are expensive new injectors are £200 each and £100 to fit each one or so has to be done by Renault). Turbos are £400 (they only break if you dont chnage the oil or...
Stick the good ones on the back.
Unless you like a challenge of swopping ends.
A good drivers whos always awake and drives well would be fine regardless but this is the real world.
Oil filters on the front of the engine block its a right pain to get at but you can get it withough needing to remove anything.
Best idea service the car yourself its not worth paying someone to do it unless its a realy bad job.
Get a cheaper V6 and keep the miles down and it should hold its price. Prices will drop to about £13k for a 2 yr old then to about £10k and stabilise IMO. I cannot see them dropping much below £7k in any circumstance. Its a limited run rare car which stands out and people will pay.
Its not a...
Has anyone any idea how light a Williams could be made?
Im thinking of trying to get it under 750kgs
It doesnt have to be road legal but Id prefere to keep lights in place.
You could with a good dealer when there having a bad day and your friendly pick them up for £22k. Friends/employees at Rrnault could get them for £21k.
Id get a Mk2 personally handling is better there more modern. The only problem is the wiring and UCh but its well worth it IMO.
I loved my contis infact I think Im going to go back and get some more.
Lets agree though the worst tyres are toyo t1rs though. I cannot believe Ive got 6 of them.
I assume your on about the valver and Williams ones?
If so I know someone who has one fitted and he loves it no increased red line but better power delivery and more if it according to him.
The new Cup racers use a whole new ECU (Marille Maronetti or something spelt like that)
Have a look on http://www.williamsclio.co.uk/forum/http://www.williamsclio.co.uk/forum/ someone trying a group buy not much off though as margins are tight.
Disks are stock disks nothing unusual etc about them you dont need anything unusual.
ben-ps car along with most mk2 1s has 238mm disks.
Ill have to get me book out later when i find it but Im sure all smaller Mk2 1s have the smaller 238mm disks.
Replacment pads are £66 but you wont wear then out anyhting like as fast as stock pads mine had doen a few track days and them and the disks look good as new.
You dont need to uprate the rear.
Yep ben they will fit a Mk3 pahse 1 with the 238mm disks.
Yep so long as its above the minimum and below the max it doesnt matter.
Just remember to check the dip stick as it cal under Renault tolerances burn 1 liter per 1k miles and still be ok.
My cars never burned any oil ever its always on the maximum mark.

Its a quick 175hp though, would see of the 180hp...
Ive got two policies since LV wouldnt let me have tow cars on one. Its to expecsve unless you older IMO and the eason Im not keeping 2 cars on the road.
However some companies do let you have two cars on one policy try
http://www.primoplc.com/personal.htm they allow 6 cars on one policy...
Ask Fred about getting some of his FK special made up. Or least find out how they were made. Ive no idea what the FK coilovers looks like but I guess there not off the shelf springs at the back.
