The k03s is very limited on its output, 230bhp ish with an FMIC and decent turbo back exhaust. Or go k04, but you need to be careful of the rods after 260.
Clios are fun handling, but a well spec'd Leon would tear the clio a new one in bends and on straights. My old LCR that I broke to spares, would have eaten my ph1 alive.
It's not hard to wire in a standalone ecu. 20 wires at most. Use your existing loom and just cut into it. I'm isn't a Megane gasket to lower my CR on my supercharged clio.
421's are timed up as normal. You can't really tell from the end of the cams if they're oem or aftermarket (unless your looking specifically to see if they are or not)
