i used to use fully synthetic millers in my 1.2 16v ever 4k! bit overkill but it never done it any harm obviously!
172 i do every 8k as i cant afford to do it any less lol

wont make any difference on a mk2 clio when bolted in with self tappers! mine was welded in on my old 1.2 16v, i didnt feel much difference at all tbh! , does make a difference on some other cars though

90% its probably been smashed, airbags in seats blown out, dynamique seats to replace. either that or had buckets fitted and original seats sold on then put back to "standard"
