Personal choice I think. I've had two Windows phones and rate them highly. Perfect integration with my mail, access to Office, great camera, the handset is indestructible and the OS is super clean. I think Android looks like it was designed by a five year old and iPhones are totally idiotic in...
Lots of phones out there that are just as good, if not better, than anything Apple make. And they don't screw people over with changing plug types every five minutes lol.
I have two phones currently; a Nokia Lumia 930 for personal use and was given an iPhone 6 for work. The iPhone is turd in my view, I really don't see the appeal, but obviously a lot of people like them. I think I will be following my friend's path. When the contract runs out on my Lumia next...
I don't see why people get such a stiffy over the sound of a V8. I'd take a five pot turbo soundtrack over most V8s or V10s.
We all have different tastes.
When I was at uni a lad had a Golf R32 (that his dad bought for him) and he ran a bonnet bra on that. Then one day he came in with a complete front end bra thing on it. He got so much stick from people that it was gone the next day!
Glad you found one you like mate.
I know you said you were after Sportlines, but I've got a set of Cooksports I might be tempted to part with if they would be of interest?
Pretty sure they do tarmac stuff and you can use your own car too I believe. Worth giving them a call. They're pretty well respected in rally circles and that's where the Impreza is born from!
Have you considered doing a rally type one? Maybe try giving some of the rally schools a call and explaining what car you have and what you're after? Some of these guys will have done a lot of competitive mileage in 4WD cars with fancy diffs so should know how to get the best out of them...
I can understand that. The Hurricane was always a bit of an ugly duckling next to the Spit but it was definitely the workhorse, you're right there.
That's a lot of money, but I think it would be worth every penny. They have flown over my house on the odd occasion (a Lancaster did too actually...
Seeing as I went to Ford Fair a couple of weeks ago, it would be rude not to post some of the highlights:

Interesting, why the Hurricane over the Spitfire? I'd be happy with any of them to be honest! Have you looked much into prices for doing it?
I know what you mean. It's a shame that cars of this nature usually end up being broken, but it's the only way to get anything like a sensible return...
I would absolutely love to go up in a Spit. Real dream of mine.
Big shame that this is going to be no more though. My favourite car on the forum by a long way. Would really love to buy it off you.
No bandwagons here. I drove it and just wasn't impressed by it. It's lost the rawness of the older Renault Sport cars and that was what made them so special. I'd never go as far as to say that it's a "bad" car, just there are better options out there in my view. I don't think it has anything...
I think the problem for many people is how the car feels, not how fast it is. All modern hot hatches are quick. Arguing about which accelerates the fastest or which can do the best lap time is almost pointless. As someone said above, no mere mortal can get the best from it, so debating tenths of...
Looked ace when you had it - nice wheels with sensible tyres.
Looks blinkin' awful now, typical VW idiocy with the wheels and ride height. Shame, looks a lovely car otherwise.
Yes they're really good fun. Mine seems to terrorise much more expensive machinery and it hasn't had an awful lot done to it.
In fact, you should buy it, it's a waste that it's just sitting there gathering dust lol.
