Sounds like someones removed the acoutsic valve down in the offside wheel arch . The vacuum pipe / nipple should have been blanked off . That'll be why your idle is rough , probably running high . Blank off the nipple and see if it makes any difference . 1*2's do run rough at idle anyway , and...
Sorry to be a party pooper in your thread . I'm just not a fan , the shape of the car does nothing for me . I'm sure It's a lovely car to drive as all the previous RS models have been . It just doesn't have that WOW factor for me . It'd be a boring world though if we all liked the sames things...
I have the 5000k xenon bulbs from HIDS direct . I think they are whiter( with no hint of blue) than the oem 4300k bulbs and light up the road better too.
You can probably buy cheaper , silver bulbs . Not sure if they'll last though . I've had miy Philips Silvervisions for about 8 years and they're still going good .
These are proper Philips silver visions , not cheapo copies

To the OP . With the decat , it is pretty loud and I've had passengers moan about how loud it was . With the Cat fitted it is still quite loud but not unbearable , not for me anyway , but pedestrians still look when I drive past . If you want to quieten it down substantially , fitting the Cat...
A popular replacement for the original splitter is the Skoda Fabia spillter . They cost about £13 and are flexible so don't break like the Renault ones . Plus the Renault ones are something silly like £150+ now , are thereabouts ...
Normal spray paint from an aerosol will be fine . You don't need high temp paint . When I did mine , i rubbed it down with some fine wet n dry , then primed it with with plastic primer , then gave it a few coats of colour , then lacquer . Just make sure it's smooth , clean and grease free and...
Looks a tidy example and fair price to be honest . Seat bolsters look in good nick from the pics anyway . Exhaust looks a bit low , probably in need of some new exhaust hangers , cheap and easy fix . Steering wheel looks in decent condition , not like new obviously but not suffered badly from...
@ADS1982 You missed out the F . OMFG . What a crock of s**t . £3400 ovno lol ! How to limit your market and lower the value by at " least " 50% of the asking price . Spray it orange , and add some ludicrous body parts .
Mine does this from time to time when its wet/ damp weather , so must be causing some shorting problem . The connectors are like new , no corrosion . I took off the light clusters , dried any moisture out off the connection block with a hair drier then liberally coated the connectors with WD40 ...
I had this once when i had a 172 . It would stutter , loss of power up until about 2500rpm then would kick into life . It was the spark plugs . But as stated above , it could quite easily be your coil pack , leads or injectors . If you could get hold of a coil pack , change it and try it then...
I couldn't say . I've no experience of them . You need 2 straight connectors . One to join the 16mm 90* bend and 16mm hose , then i drilled a hole in the 70mm 90* bend , put some tubing into that and put some silicone sealant on to hold it in place .
No you don't need to run another co-ax from your satellite dish . You run a co-ax cable from the RF output on your existing sky box , in your case to the TV in your garage . You connect that co-ax to your magic eye on one side and connect the other side to your RF input on your TV in the garage...
The plastic tubing was tight inside the silicone hose , there's no way it would come out , plus it had the added silicone sealant to hold it all in place
You'll need a 90* 16mm bend as well as the 16mm straight hose . I joined them together plastic tubing and a couple of small blobs of clear silicone sealent , let them set and job was a good un
I used to use one of these , way way back in the day before Sky digital . You'll also need a 2nd remote programmed to your Sky receiver , or carry your existing remote into the garage when you go in there , and also run some co-ax cable from your existing box to the magic eye ...
I wouldn't use Halfords autocentre if it was half the price of everybody else . That's just because of a perosnal experience I had with them many moons ago . They'll probably spot a list of other jobs that they recommend need doing as they're removing your wheels .Have a search online , you'll...
I think it's something to do with the camera ?? I've seen lots of posts where the airbag didn't match the snappy steering wheel exactly , but in the flesh Its supposed to be a better match , according to the people who posted the pics .
I had them in the car from new , they didn't last , same as the justmatz which in the group buy were £65 . To be honest the ebay cheapos have been as good . I'm tempted to give the top of the range ones from carmatsworld a try , they're alot cheaper than Renault oem ones . I just wondered if...
Love it , looks really good that mate . It's on my to do list of tidying up my 182 this year . One thing I would say to the OP though is . Get a carbon fibre steering wheel insert to match your dash trims , then It's job done . You've got too many colours going on imo with the carbon fibre dash...
