    it should be close enough to get you going, but you can see what the numbers are if you're plugged in. If TPS raw is ~35 at zero throttle, set min to 45, then see what 100% throttle TPS raw is and match it as max

    if the map is for bigger injectors it will be very lean on standard ones. You also need to setup the TPS range, you can't just move it about. Every time you change the balance, you need to re-zero the TPS by keying off then on (assuming auto zero is active)

    fairly easy, a bit tight for space, but not complicated. Top bolt on the spring part, then center allen bolt on the pivot, think its a 6mm allen key

    erm, no. Sounds like it's broken, in which case it's probably seized and it broken when someone tried to de-tension it. New tensioner time.

    dont assume it's good for coolant!!!!! take the rad cap off and look!!!! If it was 2.5 litres down when you got it back, it was 2.5 litres down when you gave it to them ;)

    you dont lose oil doing this, coolant you do though. Check how much in in the rad, the bottle is an overflow header, not part of the pressure system. There's only 0.5l between min and max on the dipstick too, so dont panic quite yet. For reference, I used to charge £180 to go this conversion 4/5...

    shocked it took 33 posts for someone to mention tyres. With good tyres, locking up is a lot harder. clio ABS is pretty decent, but it's not a deathtrap without it. Tyres are no1 IMO

    You'd need to rev too high for the stock valve train to make use of them. Standard valves already like dropping the heads off, and hydraulic lifters fill up with air. Double the cost of the engine build to get another 5-10bhp. Not many people have pushed 422s to their peak yet TBH

    nothing in it weight wise at all, literally nothing. SR exists for the reasons of manufacturing budget, CAs were expensive to make and hark back to the days of cash rich Nissan

    FFS!!!!! it doesn't need custom lines, it needs the core of the turbo rotating. It's been done HUNDREDS of times, I've done about 50 myself
