Your best bet is to use the mk1 sensors for temps and pressure. There is a direct tacho out from the 600 that will run the rev counter perfectly, it's 1 wire
13mm and 17mm spanners, T40 torx bit for the disc retaining bolts, 18mm socket to remove the caliper carrier. associated ratchets etc. Nothing special except the torx bit really
yip, it's the same as a ph1 172 ecu I believe (different maps obviously). Bex rsi became a big ballache to get the loom spliced so it got an Omex 600 (4 years ago now)
I'd be relatively confident the part the tensioner pivots on has rusted so isn't moving properly, and the tensioner has gone "over center". Pull the tensioner apart and grease up the pivot
